


Positive energy brings positive thinking, and positive thinking brings in results that can make a difference in anybody's life.
On the other hand negative thinking has no affirmative results or impacts.
In a simple example we show you the difference of positive thoughts and negative thoughts.
You wake up late realizing that you have slept in. you are supposed to be at work for a staff meeting early. Generally it takes you half an hour to get ready to go out of the door and 45 minutes to get to work.
You jump out of the bed your heart pounding hard in your chest, the rush of blood in your brain and all you are thinking is; "I am late". You run to the bathroom (while you may be cursing or not), on your way you try to make coffee as well. You brush your teeth with shaky hands, not time to take a shower, run to the kitchen to see that you have forgotten to pour water in the coffee maker.
You get angry and agitated by now. You slammed shut the coffee maker, put some clothes on, and leave home in a hurry (we crossed out the other elements like kids, pets, preparing breakfast or lunch for other family member...). Unfortunately you hit all red lights along the way.
You get to work so agitated and nervous that you feel already tired and exhausted. The rest of the day doesn't look better either. Everything goes wrong or is with difficulty. You come back home worn out and when you go to bed, your mind is so strung up that you might not get a good night's sleep at all. So you are more likely to sleep in the next day or some other days again.

You wake up late - the first thing you do is to say; "yes, I am late but if I am panicked and stressed out, nothing will change. I need to find a better way to make it". So in a quick decision you choose the fastest way to get ready and meanwhile you have called your boss at work to let them know you will be late. You do everything in a calm way but quickstep. (You might skip the coffee or other things you usually do but not because you are panicked, but because you want to make the best of your time).
On your way to work you hit all the red lights too. You get to work, go to your immediate boss, explain the situation, apologize to your boss and accept the consequences of your deed, whatever they will be. Your day proceeds as normal because you haven't let the scene in the morning ruin the whole day for you.
You come home with a decision: "I am going to be on time for work from now on." And you make plans for that so you are more likely to be always on time for work.
If you look at the differences, you will find out that in example One, by not thinking positively and being negative caused everything to go wrong. However in example Two, you stayed within calm reasoning and found the solution for the problem.
Remember positive thoughts come from positive energy. With positive energy you will find the way and solution for the situation you are in, and handle them much more realistically and rationally.
